ABOUT ME
I have been running Lorna's Pet Care Service in SW London since 2003. I am a sole trader and have a limited number of clients to whom I offer 1:1 dog walking/ sitting and cat feeding services. I also sell quality treats & toys - including many natural products.
I am a member The National Association of Registered Petsitters (NARP) and an associate member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and abide by their guidelines/ rules and regulations.
I have previously worked as a receptionist for Goddard Vet Group, been a volunteer at Battersea Cat & Dog Home and have assisted dog trainers at puppy socialisation classes.
I have attended courses about Pet First Aid, Dog Behaviour and Dog Training and continue to keep up to date with the latest developments in these fields. Please note - I am NOT a dog behaviourist/ trainer but am happy to follow instructions owners have been given by qualified professionals in these fields.
I am a member of and support various animal charities. I am a mature and responsible individual and am fully insured, police checked and can provide references.
My dream is to one day retire to the Hampshire coast with my partner Rob and hopefully a couple of rescue dogs - meanwhile, I am delighted to be able to look after the lovely pets on and around Wandsworth Common.
